Within our Big 4 client's Financial Services Operational Effectiveness team we are looking to recruit in the Banking, Investment Management and Insurance sectors, we are looking for high calibre industry focussed Senior Consultants, ideally from a consultancy background if possible.

Your primary focus will be to lead and manage the delivery of performance improvement engagements, from business case to implementation, covering:
Strategic and tactical cost reduction
Outsourcing and off shoring
Process review and design and
Systems selection and implementation.

Who we're looking for
To succeed in this role asChange Consultants- Financial Servicesyou will have both strong industry specific process knowledge and strong process improvement skills.
In addition to an understanding of the broad structure of the market including clients, products, asset management and servicing trends, you will be familiar with the key operational requirements, processes and key systems across one or more of the following areas:

• Retail operations: covering the key processes of unit dealing, registration, intermediary and customer servicing, call / contact centre management, and the operations of a fund supermarket
• Investment operations / fund administration: covering trade confirmation and settlement, pricing and valuations, income and corporate actions, cash and asset reconciliations, fund accounting.
• Portfolio management: covering the key front office processes from asset allocation, modelling, rebalancing, order management, trade execution and allocation, performance and risk management.

In addition to your industry knowledge, you will have played a leading role in design and / or delivery of change projects. You will have achieved this through working on business process or systems change projects either within a line management function, an in-house project function or an external consultancy
