Our Big 4 management consultancy has the market leading Merger Integration team. They require individuals to join their team to focus on pre-deal analysis. You will work closely with both Private Equity and Blue Chip corporate clients performing operational analysis of businesses to prepare them for purchase or sale. This high level operational due diligenceiscritical in every deal, especially in today's challenging economic climate.

Who we're looking for
To succeed as a Management Consultant - M&A
• Deep operational experience of organisations.
• Experience of business turnaround
• Experience of Mergers and Acquisitions
• Experience of high level analysis of organisations as a management/strategy consultant or as an industry expert.
• Experience of managing board level relationships
• Demonstrable career progression and consistency
• Financial acumen
• Excellent analytical ability
• Excellent academics- ideally with an MBA
• 100% flexible on travel
