Building Maintenance Operations Manager

Developing Building Services contractor require a Building Maintenance Operations Manager with a proven track record overseeing a range of mechanical, electrical and maintenance projects up to a value of £5m.
With extensive experience in a similar role you will be proficient in developing and overseeing a number of personnel including directly employed labour and sub-contractors.
You will possess a diverse background, with experience of a range of domestic and commercial projects and a thorough understanding of public sector programmes including Decent Homes schemes.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will possess:
• A proven track record in the operational management of a regional office.
• A proven background in mechanical, electrical and building maintenance projects.
• The ability to deliver a range of projects in the building services/domestic sector on time and within budget.
• First class communication and inter-personal skills.
• A demonstrable background in the management, development and the leading of project teams.
•The personality and presence to represent and develop the business within the region.
• The ability to develop and maintain key account relationships.
• Full working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
• Commercial acumen.
