Clas Ohlson is looking for high calibre individuals with proven retail backgrounds and experience. The ideal candidates will be expected to deliver excellent customer service, sales related KPIs, build knowledge and product expertise, maintain merchandising and display standards and carry out store processes in line with Clas Ohlson policies and procedures:

Task and responsibilities
• Implement customer service standards in line with company measures
• Optimise sales and achieve KPI performance
• Develop knowledge and expertise of product and merchandising plans
• Replenish product displays and merchandising on sales floor
• Fulfil role to an overall standard in line with Clas Ohlson brand expectations
• Be proactive with working as part of a team sharing knowledge within the store environment: Embrace Clas Ohlson's culture
• Adhere to company procedures in relation to security and cash handling
• Follow Health & Safety procedure in store
• Be a good representative of Clas Ohlson towards local authorities.
Who we're looking for
• Experience within the retail market
•A good communicator who can demonstrate the desire to improve and develop both individually and within the team environment
• Good team player
• Product understanding and knowledge
• Adaptable in fast moving retail environment
• Dedicated to delivering excellent standards in sales, service and store presentation
• Technology, Electrical, Household and DIY market/product knowledge advantageous.
