We are looking for individuals who are keen to explore their potential in our sales driven business. You will love speaking on the phone and meeting people and have great organisation and planning skills. You will not be afraid to take the initiative and be tenacious and ambitious. You may be a graduate or someone who has started a career and changed your mind about what you want to do.
In order to achieve success our Human Resources Recruitment Consultants are commercial decision makers who possess high levels of motivation and are career minded.

• You will have proven track record of learning new skills quickly and developing new ideas.

•You will have experience of working as part of a team in a pressurised environment (be it sporting or professional) would be advantageous, but is not essential.

You will need all of these skills and more to continue our reputation for exceptional service delivery, account management and customer services as a Recruitment Consultant. Our recruitment consultants experience of providing tailored, professional recruitment solutions has seen us succeed in winning preferred supplier status with numerous international, market leading and blue chip companies. In your role as a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for your own part of the market in Weybridge and will be able to develop it as you see fit.
