The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for driving a strong BD / commercial culture in the London and South East team.
The jobholder will work with the partners, director and senior manager group to identify , leverage & maximise revenue generating opportunities in order to meet the ambitious growth targets.
The Business Development Manager will need to think of new ways of taking solutions to market, driving linkages between different specialism's and helping to coach / consult the team on the fundamentals of business development for example, cross selling, client needs assessment understanding buyer behaviour and cycles relationship mapping etc.
Who we're looking for
In depth ability in a business development / sales / client relationship management role
Ideally have a Business Development ability gained in a professional services or similar blue-chip organisation
Excellent influencing, powerful communication, project management and facilitation skills
Proactive with a can do approach, ability to build and manage relationships at a senior level, you will be required to change and influence the behaviour of senior people
