Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the key responsibilities for this Marketing Manager role will be as follows:
• Working with the Marketing Director tocreate and implement the Annual Marketing Plan

• Identifying research requirements (both qual and quant), writing briefs and commissioning research

• Analysing and interpreting research, sales data and other inputs to determine the appropriate product strategies

• Transforming market and customer insights into meaningful strategies
• Working closely with Sales Team to create and deliver category advice for key customers

• Providing internal teams with market insights and proposals to ensurewe to achieve our business objectives

•Using category insights to provide tactical support and recommend actions for NAMs in their relationships with key retail customers. This may include presenting to key retailers
This role is based in the company head office in South Wales.

Who we're looking for
The right candidate for this Marketing Manager role will have the following attributes:
• A proven track record inCategory and/or Trade marketing, ideally within a food business.Alternatively, a retail background would be considered.

• Strong communication and analytical skills, andsufficient gravitas and maturity to be represent the business with retailers

• A Team Player who is happy to participate and contribute to the rest of the Marketing Team's activities.
