Working as a key member of the Retail Leadership Team you will develop and deliver an HR Plan which reflects the strategy of the organisation and delivers the required people priorities. You will coach business leaders and their teams and support them with a wide range of HR activities. You will lead a small team and engage them to provide an excellent service for the Retail business, in conjunction with the centres of excellence.
Who we're looking for
A strong Generalist HR Professional with a proven track record in a Regional HR role. You will have worked within a Retail or similar commercial multi site organisation. In person you will be professional and of Graduate calibre, ideally with the CIPD qualification. You will have a track record of leading a team of other HR professionals and will enjoy leading and motivating others. You will have an up to date knowledge of UK Employment Legislation and a passion for getting the best out of your people. You will be happy to cover a large geographic region covering a quarter of the country across the East.
