The role will be to create a customer experience and a friendly and customer centric environment within the brand. You will be target will sales of the profit of the product.
As a Store Manager you will report directly in to the Area Manager. You will be expected to train and develop staff. Maintaining excellent Store standards is a key aspect to this role.
Who we're looking for
Someone with previous experience in Retail Management, and is used to working in a customer focused environment and understands the importance of the sales process. You will also have a commercial outlook and have had some exposure to running your own Profit and Loss accounts

My client is a specialist toy retailer, who's aim is to create a unique experience, and end product for each customer.
What's on offer
Basic salary of up to £25, 000. You will also qualify for a monthly bonus.
