Leading and growing the accounts team in this fast growing international agency, amongst others, you will be responsible for:
« Leadership of the Account Management Team.
« Developing strategic direction for the team in order to grow the business.
« Growing team expertise, by recruitment and development.
« Managing and executing domestic and regional projects from brief to delivery.
« Developing relationships with clients and evolving working practices to enhance effectiveness and delivery.
« Working with senior clients to develop annual divisional marketing and communications strategies.
« Coordinating the specialist divisions to deliver against client briefs.
« Developing relationships with supplier network.
« Working with the Clients to ensure expectations are managed at all stages.
« Creative development and evaluation with creative department.
« Briefing and managing media relationship and presenting media solutions to the client.
