The Head of Legal / Monitoring Officer will lead, plan, develop and resource the Council's Legal Services and contribute to the achievement of corporate performance by ensuring the highest quality of service and directing corporate initiatives and projects.

Who we're looking for
You will be either a current Head of Legal, Monitoring Officer, Legal services Manager or in a similar position at a Council. You will be professional, diplomatic and have the skills to lead and manage a large team.

Our client is a large County Council with a fantastic reputation within commutable distance from Central London.
