Media Sales Executive involves generating revenue and sales through effective telesales activity from the Harrogate office.
Advertising Sales Executives will be expected to meet call targets and to increase advertising revenue.
Previous, success in a business to business sales role will be paramount. Confidence, excellent communication skills and an ability to work using own initiative as well as in a small team are a prerequisite for the right candidate.
You will conduct yourself in a professional manner and be comfortable dealing directly with decision makers.
Who we're looking for
A proven track record in Sales with at least 2 year
• Experience in Outbound Sales, Inbound Sales or Call Centre Work.
• Business to Business Sales experience.
• Good Communication skills up to MD Level.
• IT literate.
• Good organisation and administration skills

Typical activities will include:
• Lead generation in order to maximise productive time spent on the phone
• Developing relationships with new clients via telephone calls and emails;
• Creating a positive image for the business
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Gathering market and customer information;
• Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with managers;
• Liaising with other internal departments to check on the progress of existing orders;
• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
• Feeding future buying trends back to employer.
