Working in the West Midlands, the Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets in a rapidly growing financial services company.
The role will include overseeing the Sales function, building a cohesive and performing team which will help the company to become the market leader.
Working closely with the Sales Director, the Sales Manager will also be responsible for winning new business themselves and must be able to lead from the front.
