This is a senior position whereby you will be expected to influence organisational design and development to enable business growth and fulfil business strategy. Working alongside a team of HR Consultants and a wider HR team you will play a key role in implementing change programmes. Based in London this role will alsoinvolve travel to Reading
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting policy development in line with business requirements
Leading HR initiatives including management development, talent management, total reward management, organisational design, succession and resource planning and senior management appointments
You will also work closely with L & D in identifying management and employee development opportunities
Who we're looking for
You will ideally come from a professional services or IT Consultancy background and have experience of working with a flexible workforce. This is a challenging role which will require the ability to adapt and lead change in a commercial environment.
