The main areas this Channel Implementation & Performance Manager role will cover will be:
• To manage the performance across campaign channels in-house and at external agencies by collating and reviewing all statistical information, including dialler results. Contact the agencies regularly for conference calls and onsite visits with the team for improvements and beneficial changes.
• To create and enhance training packages and session plans and conduct these at the external agencies regularly including sales techniques and product specific training. Be able to adapt marketing sales scripts to enhance their performance for all products. Ability to demonstrate how to sell products to agencies.
• Conduct extensive call monitoring both on site and remotely to ensure quality calls are being achieved and within our compliance requirements. Implementing and monitoring the TCF systems and controls.
• Working closely with the telemarketing team and communicate actions and ideas regularly. Also be able to work with other internal departments and within the direct marketing team, communicating on campaign performance and ideas for enhancement.

• To analyse results from agencies through telemarketing reports, dialler information and databases. Ability to understand performance metrics in detail and identify areas of concern and benefit and share the results within the team and at the telemarketing agencies.

• To represent and promote the organisation and maintain a permanent contact with internal colleagues and clients as well as major domestic and overseas clients.

• To work with Partner Marketing to receive briefs and translate into the necessary actions to set up routes to market to allow for sales to be made in a compliant fashion. This will involve finding and bringing on stream new Telemarketing Agencies.

Who we're looking for
To be successful in this role you will have been working in the telemarketing industry essentially in a campaign management, account handling or team leader arena. You will be able to evidence development and management of projects.
Preferablyyour background will be within theFinancial Services and or Insurance direct marketing arena especially the operational management of telemarketing campaigns.
You will also have Strategic Thinking, Persuasiveness,Coaching and Mentoring skill, Leadership, Confidence and Decisiveness
