Interim HR Advisor

Public Sector

South Yorkshire

Temp ⁄ £110-130/day (£26-30k pro rata)

An opportunity has arisen for a skilled HR Advisor to work for a period of 3-6 months with this public sector organisation. The need has arisen whilst they recruit this role on a permanent basis. This is a generalist HR role and you will have the following responsibilities:
• End to end Recruitment
• Soft skills training of colleagues and senior management including management development and leadership coaching
• Employee Relations
• Offering first class generalist HR and business support
• Developing the credibility of the HR function
• Working to reduce sickness and absence rates
• Dealing with performance management issues
• All other generalist HR day to day duties

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generalist HR.
You will be CIPD qualified and be flexible and adaptable to change and comfortable with influencing management in a range of HR topics as they arise.
