This is a full generalist role covering a large team in the north east of England. The role will encompass all aspects of HR management and will lead a team of HR professionals to deliver the people agenda in this company. The role is based in the north east and reports to the HR Director.

Who we're looking for
You should be an existing HR professional operating at the manager level who has experience of;
- Working in a unionised environment
- Managing HR professionals
-Influencing senior managers
