Job Role
Member of the board and directly linked to the CEO, the manager's responsibilities will include :
•To manage the product development strategy in the allowed time and budget anticipating the market technical needs ;
•To manage new projects : technical feasibility, products adaptation, research on raw materials used... ;
•To be creative and bring new ideas to our products? innovation ;
•To choose the best technical adaptations for the product regarding risks and results ;
•To work with the production department and help them to improve the process in order to improve the competitiveness of the company ;
•Bring technical support about processes and be a technical reference in and outside the company ;
•To be aware of the technical and legal environment ;
•To manage the Research and Development team and develop their abilities.
Who we're looking for
The company is looking for a mechanical engineer with experince in R and D in mechanics, mechanic welding and boiler making.
You are rigorous and pragmatic. Your creativity and leadership will make a difference.
You also must be bilingual in both English and French. A third language would be appreciated.
