Job Role
Member of the board and directly linked to the CEO, the Industrial Production Manager?s responsibilities will include:
•To define and implement the production planning and manage all available resources in order to optimize the quality of service, products and processes.
•To supervise product conception, production process and supply chain
•To be responsible for the production chain and manage the internal coordination between all the company's departments.
•To determine the objectives of every department regarding to time, quality and costs.
•To implement prevention actions about security and environment.
•To guarantee the efficiency of middle management employees and help them to improve their personal and technical skills.
•To analyze the activity through quantitative and qualitative panels.
Who we're looking for
The company is looking for a mechanical engineer with experience as an industrial manager in mechanics or mechanical welding.
You have to be rigorous and pragmatic. Your communication abilities and leadership will make a difference.
You also must be bilingual in both English and French. A third language would be appreciated.
