Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will manage and take ownership of engineering tasks within the warheads area to ensure completion within agreed timescales and to the required standard. Your responsibilities will include developing robust processes into product design and development and to provide process capability data in support of life cycle management. You will be required to manage trials from trial planning stage through to completion and the presentation of data.
Who we're looking for
The Ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering.
• You will ideally have a good understanding of project management and an ability to use associated tools and techniques.
• An understanding or experience of working in a hazardous environments & handling and transportation of hazardous materials would be advantageous.
• Candidates with a background in process and manufacturing engineering would also be considered.
• Must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills.
