Looking for Food and Beverage Manager who have the confidents in running a busy food and drink Hotel environment. You will be required to think on your feet and lead your team from the front. Have the ability to run a high volume site and work well under pressure. You must follow and uphold the brand and keep to a high standard.
• Increase Profit Margins
• High Standard of customer service
• Controlling labour costs I regards to:low turnover,resourceful recruitment, motivation, and staff performance
• Managing Stock levels
• Installing Marketing Campaign to Build the Brand

Looking for a Restaurant Manager who has a varied skill set, which includes:
• Have a good balance in Food and Drink Operation
• Strong leadership Qualities - able to command team of different volumes
• Service Focused
• Back of office and front of office proficient
• Exceptional Communication Skills
• Eager to learn and progress
