Retail Catering Manager

Blackpool

As general manager you will be responsible for running this busy prestigious site in Blackpool. You will have full P&L accountability, of this multi- brand restaurant, and your key focus will be implementing and maintaining the highest standards of service and a quality product, servinga high number of customers a day. A strong leader of people with a passion for surpassing customer expectations is required, with good progression prospects for the right person.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be from a fast moving catering environment, whether that be restaurants or contract catering. They will have experience of managing a large number of people, both chefs and front of house staff. also strong skills in loss prevention, budgetary control and building relationships.
