Business Development Manager

The purpose of this role is to sell HR solutions - products and services, to a wide range of clients in the South East. This includes identification of business needs, proposing of effective solutions and ensuring appropriate application of product/service mix with client companies.
You will be targeting a range of companies - from SME's to corporate level and dealing predominately with senior HR professionals.
You will need to be autonomous enough to plan your own diary and territory effectively to ensure you are managing existing accounts and identifying new target accounts. You will have responsibility in strategically managing and planning these key accounts by understanding their business and HR strategy and tailoring your solution to fit their needs.

Who we're looking for
You should a strong background in B2B sales from any industry, however any experience in a HR related sell is desirable.
You should have:

- Good numerical and verbal skills, including both written and oral
- Strong computer skills, including database management
- Confident and self-motivated
- Persuasive and adaptable
- Commercially minded
- Strives to set challenging personal goals
