This challenging and varied role includes assisting in the International restructuring of the group, liaison with external advisers, technical research and correspondence with HMRC.

Who we're looking for
A Corporate Tax background with experience of international tax, M&A and US GAAP reporting is advantageous. It is an ideal chance to now move from the profession into Industry and also gain real technical development.

About our client
My client is a international Company going from strength to strength. They are expanding globally and now looking to develop the Finance function within the UK office.
