The overall aim of this position is to manage the effective day-to-day operation of the spa and ensure that it delivers outstanding experiences to its clients by working through others to achieve this goal. Key responsibilities will be to routinely monitor and influence spa procedures and quality controls, managing front of house and a team of therapists, cost control, optimising the sale of treatments and other services, and above all to consistently deliver high standards of service throughout the spa.

You will have:
• a proven customer service background
• experience of leading and motivating a small team
• excellent attention to detail
• a positive can-do attitude
