The Senior Recruitment and HR Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of the recruitment and selection function. In addition to this the successful individual will lead on specific projects, covering a range of innovative and challenging workforce development issues. A strong generalist background is also required to deal with a variety of HR issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and educated to degree level. You will have the ability to work at a senior level and provide HR advice to Senior managers. With proven management experience combined with recruitment experience you will have the ability to monitor and manage a team and assisting in their development. A sound understanding and previous experience of medical staffing would be a great advantage.
