Responsibilities
Creative Vision: To seek the big vision and creative potential within a brief and to develop new and inspiring ways of doing things.
Team working: Be a key team player and deliver on all matters creative. Regularly update the Creative Director on all the project's creative issues. Oversee and approve final copy.
Project Management: Plan creative delivery throughout stages and clearly communicate within the team. Support the Creative Director in the delivery of highly creative work at all levels on time and on budget. Build and manage freelance copy resource. Support the Creative Director in preparing work and presenting to clients. Give clear feedback to the Creative Director.
Client Relationship: Monitoring client expectations against project scope/deliverables. Develop creative understanding between clients and their brands. Foster good working client relationships.
Knowledge: Proactive in developing awareness of creativity/copywriting within the department and business.
