As Operations Manager you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of allmaintenance repairswithin the foremost RSL in North Lincolnshire on a minimum 6 month contract.
With direct responsibility for up to 30 operatives plus a number of supervisors and planners, you will manage and control the budget on over 8,000 properties in the region.
With demonstrable experience in a similar role you will lead, manage and motivate the team to achieve excellent customer focussed services.
Reporting to the General Manager you will ensure staff and contractors are managed in accordance with current Health & Safety legislation, monitor and report on performance and delivery and oversee the effective communication within the management team.
Who we're looking for
The Ideal Operations Manager will possess:
• HNC Building or CIOB Diploma or equivalent.
• An in depth knowledge of operational procedures relating to repairs and maintenance works.
• The ability to plan and coordinate repairs and maintenance works.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proven track record in a similar role.
• Experience of budget monitoring and control within a property maintenance environment.
• A commitment to exceptional customer care.
