The Account Manager is the main point of contact for the client within the Account Handling team. Working with the Head of Direct Marketing to maximise a client's business potential the Account Manager scopes, costs, manages and implements agreed projects, ensuring they are aligned with Client's requirements and delivered on time and on budget. In addition the Account Manager holds overall responsibility for Account administration (invoices / purchase orders / project correspondence etc.) ensuring that all information is appropriately filed and up-to-date.

• A marketing professional with experience of the agency environment
• Confidence inspiring, both internally and externally
• Open-minded, entrepreneurial and calm
• Strong, administrative and co-ordination skills
• Successful key client relationships based on client recognition of experience, good rapport and demonstrable commitment in account abilities
• Good knowledge of promotional techniques, legal requirements and codes of practice
• Demonstration of good presentation techniques and selling techniques
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Exceptional time management skills
• Proactive, demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Full understanding of the print production process
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team
• Clean UK Driving Licence
