• Responsible for direction setting, coordination and consolidation of Performance Management and Control activities across Global Markets EMEA.
• Activities distributed across multiple countries.
• Alignment required with Business partner requirements and Global CAO function direction.

Who we're looking for
• Experience within a bank or other financial institution, ideally in Finance and / or business management
• Development and implementation of non-financial performance management / KPI tracking
