As the store manager for Norwich you will be personally responsible for the management and development of the team within the store. Your main responsibilities will be to grow sales , hit targets and grow the customer base. You will have the autonomy to make crucial decisions regarding department layouts, staff development, product placement and sales driving techniques. This is a flag ship site which is a new concept for the business.

Who we're looking for
An experienced Store Manager in Norwich, from a big box, sales focused environment. You must be an excellent communicator and be commercially astute. You will have a passion for products and the ability to motivate your team and delight your customers. You must have a real interest in Cycling
