Following the creation of the business's centre of excellence last year our client, one of the largest businesses in the world are looking to identify a credible HR Business Partner to join their leadership development programme.
As part of their leadership development programme successful applicants will get the opportunity to operate in three different areas of the UK business over a Two year period.
Two of these placements will be HR focused, with the final placement working within another commercial business unit such as finance or business development.
Following the completion of these placements and a successful graduation, you will work with the centre of excellence to identify a permanent placement within the domestic or international business set up.
Roles such as these very rarely make it to the external market place and offer high calibre HR professionals who are keen to fast track their career a unique opportunity.
Who we're looking for
• CIPD qualification or MBA
• Individuals who can demonstrate a strong track record of progression within recent roles.
• Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen
• Working knowledge of more than one language would be preferable.
