Assistant Operations Manager- West Yorkshire

The main aim of this position is to assist with the day-to-day operation of the spa and ensure that it delivers outstanding experiences to its clients. Key responsibilities will be to work alongside the Spa Operations Manager to monitor and influence spa procedures and quality controls, supervise front of house and a team of therapists, cost control, optimising the sale of treatments and other services, and above all to consistently deliver high standards of service throughout the spa.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be from a customer service background and have some supervisory experience of leading a small team and using good interface to get the best out of them.
