Site Manager

Interiors refurb/ Fit Out

The project is based in the London area for a well known blue chip client. It will consist of the full fit out of 3 blocks over 3 floors each. The nature of the project will be predominantly Retail and Commercial in nature. The total value of the project is £10m+ and will last approx 10 months. As Site Manager you will be reporting to a Project Manager who will be overseeing the project. You will be responsible for the site activity in whichever block you are placed in.The following skills are required;

• Manage all subcontractors on site.
• Maintain accurate site records.
•Implement and monitor build safety according to SHE policy.
• Monitor performance against contract programme.
• Supervise direct labour.
• Report progress to Project Manager & attend contract review meetings.

Who we're looking for
The ideal Site Manager will have demonstrated the above listed skills. Previous experience within a refurb/ fit out environment would be beneficial. Commercial office and/ or Retail fit out experience is essential. Values of projects worked on should range between £750k to £3m+.
