Lean Practitioner

The key purpose of theContinuous Coachis to work alongside Clients to implement Lean within their locations. Within this role, the Lean Practitioner will work in an expert role to deliver agreed objectives, and as coach to the client's employees in order to develop internal Lean capability.
Candidates will be expected to take part in Process Diagnostics and Planning at Client site, then deliver Lean solutions to agreed objectives using a range of tools. Candidates will need to transfer knowledge to Clients at all levels from Senior Management to Shop Floor. A six sigma qualification is a distinct advantage.

About our client
My client are based in South Yorkshire and manufacture for a number of industry sectors. Due to continued expansion they now require a Continuous Improvement Coach.
