You will deal with a wide range of work incorporating general Commercial Contracts (Negotiation, Drafting and Review) and Funds related work. You will provide legal advice and support to various business areas within the organisation and deal with all issues arising therefrom.
The funds specific work includes dealing with fund structures and set up, regulatory issues and Investment Agreements and some derivatives work.
Who we're looking for
You will be a commercial lawyer of circa 2 to 4 years pqe, with a good grounding in general commercial work and an interest or indeed exposure to funds related matters, and FS regulatory issues, although this is not strictly necessary.
This is a rare role in an expansive and interesting area, working with a reputed leader in the FS sector, and it would suit someone coming from a leading private practice firm or an in house background.
