Corporate Tax Manager

Tax - In house

Coventry

Permanent ⁄ £45000 - £55000

Reporting to the Head of Tax you will be responsible for:
• Managing the preparation and submission of UK corporation tax returns
• Dealing with HMRC enquiries into the group's corporation tax affairs, Providing support and input into M&A projects
• Ensuring full compliance with both UK to UK and UK to Foreign transfer pricing rules
• Analysing UK corporation tax and EU direct tax developments, including in particular the move to IFRS and other changes in accounting standards
• Assisting the Senior Manager to manage and develop the Direct Tax Team

Who we're looking for
You should have a proven track record in corporate tax.
