Overall Purpose of Role:
?X To support the International Customer Contracts Manager in the contractual analysis, management and implementation of international/global contracts
?X Act as a lead commercial/contractual contact for the Corporate & International (C&I) channel to fully support the National Sales Organisations (NSOs)/ Regional Sales Organisation and enable a fast and successful closure of all approved international /global contracts
?X Fully manage the commercial proposition and legal proposal (in close co-ordination with the Legal Team) for all international/global deals with the lead NSO/Regional Sales Organisation
?X Ensurethe companyliabilities are known, understood and well documented. Strive to minimise liability and ensure maximum profitability from all international/global deals
Key Responsibilities:
?X Proactively and effectively manage the prospect approval and pipeline process for CEL led international/global deals. Work with the Regional Sales Organisations to define approval criteria for non CEL led global deals and manage fully according to the C&I CEL business process
?X Proactively document and track CEL account pipeline with all NSOs and all global deals originating out of the Regional Sales Organisations
?X Produce regular business updates on status of all approved prospects and relevant reporting to support department meetings, to review in weekly team meetings etc.
?X Create and maintain Won/Lost contracts database. Define and implement a robust process for communicating status and providing feedback to key CEL stakeholders, NSOs and Regional Sales Organisations on all Won/Lost deals
?X Manage bid negotiation, bid approval and contract negotiation process with lead NSO for all approved international/global deals according to defined C&I processes
?X Proactively champion and support the CEL C&I business process with all NSOs and ensure this is followed for all international/global bids. Proactively identify, document and implement changes to improve the business process and value to the NSOs, other Regional Sales Organisations and CINC.
?X Build a close working relationship with the NSOs and CEL Legal to optimise the CEL C&I business process.
Who we're looking for
?X Business degree desirable
?X Competent in all MS applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat reader and writer. Good working experience of MS Access and MS Project an advantage. Good knowledge and experience of working with databases desirable.
?X Must possess very good level of numerical/analytical and reasoning skills
Required Experience:
?X Experience of working within a commercial/tender/bid team/contracts environment. Successful track record of working on international/global bids and contracts would be a significant advantage
?X Experience of working on commercial strategies and managing bid responses preferably for large key account customers (with an international/global scope is an advantage)
?X Demonstrates good commercial awareness, judgement and a thorough understanding of sales methodologies and implementation processes
