To support the production of information used to develop customer communication strategies.
To evaluate and recommend customer contact rules.
To support the facilitation and co-ordination of multi-channel campaign management.
To support and manage the validation of campaign selections for all mailings.
To assist the development of automated systems and processes to facilitate more efficient use of data and systems within all phases of the campaign management process.
To liaise with the Customer Modelling team and Brand teams to promote understanding of the campaign management process.
To effectively manage own workload and ensure deadlines are met on more than one project at any time.
To assist the positive portrayal of the Campaign Team, to enhance its business perception.
To comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, with particular regard to the disclosure of information.

Who we're looking for
A graduate in a numerate discipline (Maths/Stats/OR).
Experience within an analytical area would be an advantage.
Good PC skills, in particular Excel.
Experience of using software packages to analyse data.
Knowledge and use of programming/query languages (SQL & SQL server desirable).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - with the ability to have fun from time to time!
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to time critical deadlines.
A flexible approach and an ability to adapt at short notice is essential.
Demonstrate a proactive and innovative approach to business challenges.
Commercial awareness and acumen.
