A Head of Business Planning and Development is sought to work at a National Health Charity based in Central London. This is a great opportunity to work in a strategic environment within a large health charity based in Central London. Your remit will be to lead the community fundraising strategic planning, business and financial management and development. Therefore you will be responsible for driving local supporter fundraising and the strategies behind it.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for this Head of Business planning role will have the following skills:
• Financial and business acumen and experience of setting and managing budgets
• Experience of delivering strategic change with proven improvement in business performance
• Experience of initiating and managing projects and partnerships at a senior managerial level
• Experience of influencing multiple stakeholders and communicating across all levels of the organisation
• Experience of people management
• Change management experience
