As Area Manager, you will report directly to the Divisional Operations Director, you will be responsible for the management of a team of up to 20 General Managers, with full accountability for up to 20 public houses in Essex.
Your area is made up of community pubs in Essex from Harlow through to Chelmsford and Braintree.
Who we're looking for
Ideally, experienced in the pub trade, a strong people manager, able to manage a team of up to20 Pub Managers. Multi-site experience is essential and a hands on approach is key.
Strong Area Managers from a food service background will be considered for this role.
