Working closely with the CEO you will create and drive the communications strategy. With team member engagement at the heart of the comapny's culture this is a vital role, ensure effictive communication is maintained through a variety of channels. You will be responsible for communication planning, stakeholder analysis and engagement and managing a team of 5. This is a fast paced and changing environment and the successful individual will thrive on a constant challenge.

• A proven track record in internal communications
• Great leadership skills
• An excellent understanding of communication via a range of channels
