The Technical Architect will be based in Head Office in South West London and will be responsible for managing an existing team of 30 members, delivering a technology roadmap on time and within budget, and migrating the company to new technologies.
Who we're looking for
The Technical Architect will possess the following skills:
• Background within an online organisation at a Technical Architect level
• Understanding of both the consumer and B2B markets
• In depth understanding of a high volume transaction based environment
• Ability to work with business leaders at a strategic level and draw up a reliable and realistic product roadmap
• Ability to build, motivate and develop an IS Team
• Establish and maintain peer relationships in order to leverage ideas, resources and standards
• Align IT resources against strategy and to help in driving the strategy across the business
