• To implement the deployment plans and plan the cruise programme for specified ships and resorts.
• To deliver initial pricing of cruise holidays to achieve corporate financial objectives and maximise saleability of programme to agreed deadlines.
• To monitor and manage all seasons on sale and respond to the changing nature of our business and ensure our planning reflects and supports growth in emerging areas/products whilst delivering the optimum level of choice for the customer.
• To support the Destination managers aboard ship with content, sales and accounting MI.
• Develop itinerary and product plans for respective ships / cruising regions, giving consideration to desirability and excursion profitability.
• Have a thorough knowledge of each destination and its on-shore offering. Develop a detailed understanding of competitor product and strategy.
• Ensure appropriate flying to support programme, ensure efficient use for supersaver links. Ensure range and availability of bed stock for your resorts.
• Put in place volume plans for each product and resort.
• Set up & data integrity - provide Inventory with a set up brief and update all systems accurately through season.
• Build and implement pagination and review photography to ensure the programme is communicated accurately and in the most saleable way to customers. Review all content to ensure itineraries, destinations, resort/units are communicated in most appealing and saleable manner.
• Ensure all planning systems are 100% accurate at all times. Work with Planning / Planning & Destinations Manager to develop and encourage a 'right first time every time' culture within the team.

Who we're looking for
• Educated to degree level ideally with or studying towards professional marketing qualifications.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of leisure travel industry customers and product range
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in a changing world
• Strong conflict management skills
• Strong awareness of needs and issues in a changing market place
