Job Role
- Supervise and develop a team of product controllers
- Oversee daily P&L production and Risk monitoring process
- Continual development of the teams process
- Represent Product Control within the product development process, ensuring optimal system flow and a robust control environment.
- Support the wider stakeholders within the business
- Ensure the team consistently meets its key targets and deliverables
- Cover for other product controllers
Who we're looking for
- Experience within the Investment Banking / Finance industry
- Solid product knowledge of equity related instruments, product knowledge on Fund linked Derivatives or Equity Finance is a plus
- A market risk background and experience
- Proven leadership qualities
- Degree educated with a strong academic background
- Accomplished Excel user
- Fluent in English + Additional Nordic Languages especially Swedish
- Experience of Front Arena - Prime and SQL programming skills is a merit
- Evidence of strong performance in a high profile environment

Nordea Capital Markets Products are looking to recruit a Senior Product Controller for the Product Control Equities team in Stockholm. We are looking for an experienced candidate, with a track record of proven results and drive in the financial services industry.
The role offers the right candidate the opportunity to work with the business to develop the P&L, Risk and Control mechanisms for the latest Equity based financial instruments, specifically Fund Linked Derivatives.
You will join a dynamic team of Equity Product Controllers in Stockholm with colleagues located across the Nordic countries.
