Job Role
As a Senior Asset Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio composed of office and retail/shopping centres assets across Germany worth over 1 billion EUR and will master all aspects of assigned assets.
You will be required to:
- Manage the business plan for all assets
- Liaise with local property managers
- Manage staff in supporting local market and financial analysis
- Assist in refinancing, property lettings, re-lettings, dispositions, expansions, and assets repositioning
- Participate in the review of new real estate investments opportunities
Who we're looking for
In order to fulfill our client requirements:
- You possess a master's degree from a leading university or business school
- You have extensive experience with managing German assets in a similar position in an international environment
- You are fluent in German and English. The strong knowledge of another language is an asset
- You have general knowledge of finance, including valuation models, net present values, internal rates of return and investment yields is a must
- You are expected to operate both autonomously and in a team environment, you are independent thinking, you have good judgment and a solid understanding of financial and accounting concepts
