The team is responsible for the management of the Retail Property Portfolio. You will provide assistance on estates management related matters.
Coordinate all Estate Management issues within the regional teams and maintain the estate management issue log. Delegate specific task to all members of the team depending on the complexity of the issue and knowledge required to resolve it. This will include dealing with and concluding specific issues which will involve site inspections and working with the store team.
Working with the rest of the business and under supervision from the Estates Surveyor or Regional Estates Manager, provide advice where necessary on the CompanyGroup legal obligations in respect of its property portfolio.
Work with the regional team to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data held within all direct property databases including SAP Real Estate and the integrity of the deed parcels and other files relevant to the regional portfolio.
Working with external suppliers assist in the preparation of Rental and Rating Forecasts used to prepare budgets for each financial year in accordance with the agreed process.
Working with the Estates Administrators coordinate and where necessary secure landlords consent where for regional based activity. Ensure any legal documentation is completed in accordance with company guidelines and deed parcels are updated. Work with landlords and suppliers to ensure consents are coordinated and timely.

• New lease, lease renewal, rent review, acquisition and disposal negotiations
• Property reviews and appraisals
• Liaison with external Property professionals.
• Report preparation and presentation

Looking to work towards obtaining your professional qualifications - having started APC requirements for RICS.
If not a graduate then time served in an Estate Technician role within a Property Department or Commercial Property agency will be accepted as relevant background.
Demonstrable time management and communication skills.
Relevant IT knowledge including Microsoft Office.
