European Sourcing Manager to take ownership of the total Facilities Management spend for a large Blue Chip organisation across EMEA and India. Build and manage key relationships within the organisation and with major suppliers. Strategic development of supplier contracts to gain best valuethrough successful relationship management. Services will include both hard and soft - building maintenance, capex, construction,cleaning, catering and security.
Who we're looking for
A confident and highly motivated and strategicSourcing Manager with strong influencing skills and a proven track record within both hard and soft facilities management procurement.
Required Knowledge and Skills
• Ownership of significant spend and FM procurement.
• Proven track record of strategicsupplier and clientmanagement.
• Knowledge of leading edge procurement principles and practices
• Strong business and contractual knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Great communication and interpersonal skills driving a proven track record in negotiation
• Well Organised with developed administrative skills
• High degree of commercial acumen
• Background of successfully managing major supplier relationships.
