This is an outstanding opportunity to play a leading part in shaping the recruitment and talent strategy of this organisation. The role will be mainly strategic in nature but will require the successful candidate to take a company wide overview of the organisation from a talent management perspective whilst managing a large team to deliver the recruitment needs of the business. This role will be based in the north of England with travel to other UK sites as required.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate is operating at Head of Resourcing level currently, preferably in a corporate environment. They should be comfortable at all levels of business and be able to influence and drive change in their team as well as at the most senior level.
