Our Client islooking to recruit a lawyer with very strong IT Contracts background to assist two partners and a senior associate with the drafting and negotiation of complex IT, Telecoms and IT outsourcing contracts.

Who we're looking for
Our Client is looking to recruit a lawyer with several years experience to assist two partners and a senior associate with the drafting and negotiation of complex IT, Telecoms and IT outsourcing contracts, acting for both customers and suppliers in the public and private sectors.
Our Client requires a lawyer with strong IT, Telecoms and/or outsourcing experience. The successful candidate will be required to assist with the supervision of the junior members of the team in order to allow the senior members to develop and grow the team and the work.

The successful candidate will be expected to assist with business development. Therefore, a proven track record of business development is essential.

He or she will be motivated by the quality of the work on offer and the prospects of career progression. A commercial attitude and an outgoing personality are essential. There is a close knit team therefore, we require a team player that is also quite sociable. We will consider candidates from in-house or private practice backgrounds provided they have the requisite experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with the drive and ambition to match their legal skills. A balance between supervised work and the freedom to lead on large projects will be offered. Furthermore, there is likely to be the opportunity of a secondment.
